I had walked into this practice to ask about a cleaning appointment and who does the cleaning, etc. They said a Hygienist does it. I had asked for their email address and tried to email my x-rays from another Dentist that were taken within the past year. But my email kept getting blocked. I called them and they said there is nothing wrong with their email and that the email address I am using is correct. This went on for a few days before finally I was able to send them an email. On the day of my Cleaning appointment, I had to wait about 15 minutes beyond my appointment time. The Dentist herself does the cleaning (Not a Hygienist) and she does it manually. She did take time to do a good job in cleaning. But then she said I need some work on my teeth because I am apparently brushing too hard. No Dentist had ever told me anything like that. Six months later when I inquired about another cleaning appointment. They said since my last x-rays were more than a year ago, they will need to take 18 x-rays. 18 x-rays? That is a lot for someone who has no problems but just want teeth cleaned. Many dental practices are a lot more interested in taking a bunch of x-rays than cleaning teeth. This could be due to how insurance companies reimburses them. But, this seems to be such a waste.

Dr Ly is amazing. She is gentle, patient and very skilled. From routine cleanings to emergency dental work to cosmetic procedures, Dr Ly knows how to do it all! Everyone in my family goes to her!

My husband and I have only good things to say about Dr Ly’s office. I've been going there for cleanings maybe 4 years and my husband started going about a year ago. Her receptionists, hygienists, everyone who works there is absolutely great! They are welcoming, professional, and thorough, and they don’t try to up-sell you on treatments or services you don’t need. I never feel like they are rushed to complete my service, and even when I was a few minutes late that were super patient and accommodating. And Dr Ly is just the nicest person too! I decided not to enroll in dental coverage through work, and paying out of pocket for my cleanings at Transcendental has been very reasonable. I have a small sensitive spot on one side and sealing that hasn’t been an expensive add-on, and I haven’t needed to schedule a return appointment to do it- Super convenient! As long as we live in the area we’ll be patients of Dr Ly!

This is the best dental practice I've ever visited. So happy to have found them through a coworkers recommendation about 3 years ago. Its a clean, efficient and modern practice with professional staff that provide excellent care. Been to so many bad dentists over the years, I'm so grateful for Dr. Ly and her team.

This is a wonderful practice! The dental assistants here are the best I've had. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. Every cleaning I've got has been very thorough and the staff are great communicators. They genuinely care about their patients. I've been seeing Dr. Ly for a number of years. Dr. Ly is a very kind and caring person. She takes the time to answer your questions and gets to know you. Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for great dental care.
