I have always been extremely impressed with the calm and cheerful staff at TBraces. We love the orthodontists as well! I remember crying as a kid going to the orthodontist. Here, my kids always cheerfully go and leave happy and appreciative that they are treated like autonomous individuals with their own opinions and wants. The respect that we all receive is noticed and valued.

I got Invisalign here as a 44 year old male and I couldn't be more pleased. The entire process was painless and straightforward and my teeth look amazing now. The staff are kind and professional and I couldn't recommend this place more for anyone looking for Invisalign treatment!

I had a very disappointing experience at TBraces Orthodontics during a consultation for my 8-year-old son. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a cold and unwelcoming attitude from the receptionist. She immediately demanded our insurance information, even though we had sent it via email the day before. Despite her snippy attitude, she eventually found the email after reviewing her inbox but still insisted that we couldn’t see the doctor without confirming the insurance details first. After waiting in the reception area for what felt like at least 30 minutes, we were finally brought in—only to be told that they were going to take panoramic x-rays right away. I declined, explaining that we were there for a consultation about braces, not for unnecessary x-rays. The staff member seemed visibly irritated and sent us back to the waiting room. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, another staff member took us out of the office into the hallway and once again pushed for the x-rays, even though I had already declined. At that point, I’d had enough. The fact that they took us outside the office to discuss this made me feel like we were being kicked out, and we left. This practice seems more focused on unnecessary procedures than patient care or communication. I would not recommend TBraces Orthodontics based on our experience.

Had a consultation. Both the assistant and Doctor were able to provide me with good insight on what to expect and listened to my concerns. They offer a payment plan if you aren’t able to pay in full. They were able to provide me with a price. Overall it was a good experience and I expect to return soon to get braces. When you look good you feel good and when you feel good you look good. So get braces if you have to the little adjustments will make all the difference
