This is my 2nd go round with Dr Bukzin. Because of very good prior experience, I returned after regular dentist and root canal dentist shook their heads and said this tooth could not be saved. I had a tooth extracted and returned yesterday for follow up and prep for implant. I’m a dentist weenie. This practice is made for me! Very calm and quiet, not too sterile looking. Everyone very nice and informative. I HATE the local anesthesia and it takes a lot for these molars. He works HARD to make those injections something you can easily forget. Yet he gives plenty of time for its effects, is very alert to discomfort but not giving so much as to cause lots of drooling or all day numb face. Eye covers, music of choice in a super clean modern dental office with natural light. The Meyer Clinic is a very good place when you need oral surgery.

The staff at Meyer Clinic are polite and attentive. They check me in right on time and was able to answer all of my questions. I had my tooth extracted and they let me know how much I have to pay out of pocket. I really appreciate the transparency. The doctor was encouraging and helpful all the way.

We specifically discussed at the pre-op visit that a particular pain medication was ineffective for my son. Called two weeks ahead to reinforce that. Doctor tried to prescribe it anyway and was dismissive when I advocated for an alternative. Thankfully I brought prior prescriptions for the pain medication that had been effective in the past. After some audible grumbling and my refusal to leave without pain medication that would actually work if we needed it, we were given a new prescription. They never called to check on the patient the next day. Poor form. Might be competent oral surgeons, but the place is run on assembly-line arrogance.

I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth out and I couldn't have had a better experience! From the moment I walked in the office, I felt comfortable and was put to sleep right away. After surgery (it only took 25 min!) I didn't have any pain whatsoever, I was shocked. I had no complications and healing was a breeze. I highly recommend the Meyer Clinic!

I’m an 80 year old losing my first permanent tooth. Doctor was very patient with me and kept me informed each moment of the procedure. It wasn’t a big deal after all.
