I had a terrible experience at Gentle Care Dentists, and I urge anyone considering them to find another dental office. Here’s what happened to me: 1. Rude and Unprofessional Staff: From the moment I walked in, some of the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. They made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued patient. 2. Pushing Unnecessary Treatments: During my visit, I was pressured into agreeing to several treatments that I later learned were completely unnecessary. It was clear they were more interested in making money than providing honest dental care. This kind of behavior is unethical and feels like a blatant attempt to exploit patients. 3. Deceptive Insurance Practices: I called multiple times and checked online to make sure they were in-network for my insurance. Despite these assurances, they assigned me to a dentist who was out-of-network without informing me. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was told their billing staff was out of the office for several months, which left me with no way to fix the problem. This level of deception and lack of accountability is shocking. 4. Disrespect for Patient's Time: Despite showing up on time for my appointments, I was consistently kept waiting. They do not value their patients’ time, and it's clear they have no regard for keeping a schedule. In summary, Gentle Care Dentists seem to care more about profits than patients. The rudeness, unnecessary treatments, deceptive insurance practices, and disregard for patients’ time all point to a practice that doesn’t prioritize patient care or integrity. I strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable and honest dental office to go elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Gentle Care Dentists: 10.22.2024 I was here for what I thought would be an horror. My right K9 tooth had brokened off flush with the gum. My very first visit turned out th be a walk in the park caused by Dr "Y". I was eating steak (4) hours later. Thank you family!

I visited Gentle Care Dentists because my former dentist, Dr. Reza, joined the practice. I urgently needed a wisdom tooth removed. I have dental insurance and paid $361 at the time of my appointment. I provided them with my insurance information. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill a month later for $456. After calling my insurance, they informed me that this practice is not in-network. Gentle Care did not tell me that at the time of the appointment when they gave me the $361 bill. I just spoke to them, and they told me that it is not their responsibility to tell me if they are in network. They literally had my insurance info and gave me an estimated bill with that information. This is an incredibly dishonest practice. I’m so disappointed, and will be looking into filing a fraud complaint against this practice. I urge other customers to avoid this place unless they want to be hit with a bill of hundreds of dollars after the fact.

I thought I needed new retainers because I was having some pain in one tooth, but with a careful exam Dr. Yousefzadeh found that I needed a root canal to resolve an infection in that tooth. He worked me in same-day, which meant that I was on the mend by lunchtime, with new retainers on order. Hard to beat that!

I received a good cleaning and excellent recommendations for future care. I was grateful they were able to adjust my appointment on short notice. I have had a lot of work done for my teeth here, and all of it has gone very well.
