Had an awesome experience. The ease of booking - I had tried booking several other dental clinics without success. Got attended to by the very experienced Dr Ross and his team, everyone was very professional and I felt very comfortable. I appreciated the smooth patient flow with no waiting time. The pictures on the wall and ceiling plus background music added to the relaxing environment. I would highly recommend. A day later - I can see and feel the difference in my teeth ( had annual teeth cleaning)

I had a fantastic experience at City Smiles this morning. Rose, the hygienist, is incredible at her job- gentle but thorough. Sarah, the assistant, was great as well. Dr. Ross is very personable and knowledgeable. The office uses the newest technologies, and as a result, my exam felt very thorough and I feel confident about the state of my oral health. Their decor is also very calming- photos of the ocean, waterfalls, and wildlife. They even have ceiling tiles with art on them and streamers hanging from the ceilings for you to look at when lying back. Also, the music is instrumental pop and made for a relaxing auditory experience. At the end, they even gave me a little gift bag with tissue paper and everything (I won’t spoil what the goodies are!). Thank you Dr. Ross, Rose, and Sarah!

Emergency appointment taken one day after request. Dr Ross, Sarah and front-office staff all highly professional and cordial. Follow-up call next morning from Dr Ross. I have been a patient since 2009 and would recommend the team to all.

In an era of horrendous customer service, DC City Smiles is a breath of fresh air and a special place. Dr. Ross and the whole crew are outstanding. Rose is a phenomenal hygienist. I literally look forward to going to the dentist now. I am not even kidding.

I have been a patient with Dr. Ross for over 18 years. He is the best dentist in the DC area. I am always impressed by his expertise. He is AMAZING. He has the most up to date technology (even using AI now!), superb skills, and his foresight has kept cavities out of my mouth for over 15 years. Thank you for keeping me smiling wide and bright!
