Dr. Hill was kind and great at explaining what he was doing and why during my consultation. He showed a lot of compassion and knowledge during my visit and I would highly recommend him. I also was able to get an apppointment very quickly and the staff were all very kind, professional and communicative.

I had a double whammy this morning. One tooth implant and one molar extraction carried out by Dr. Tim Kunkle. This is my third implant and was my best experience so far. The service at Chevy Chase Implant & Oral Surgery has always been very efficient. Outstanding, caring staff, who do their best to put you at ease -- care about the pain and trauma you are about to undergo -- talk you through the procedure every step of the way, and send you away with the confidence that they have anticipated all possible issues and will be there for you if you need help. The text message from the surgeon with his mobile number a few hours after the surgery was a very nice touch and made me feel "They care about me". I was done with both procedures in an hour, exactly as predicted by the doc when he first talked to me. I would definitely recommend this practice to others, and rate Dr. Kunkle's surgery today as superb -- confident, firm, highly responsive to my needs -- even gave me a heads up whenever his treatment was likely to sting, or cause a bit more pain. Both the surgery and the office experience were very well managed.

Assuming no one is eager for an appointment with an oral surgeon, we have to rely on recommendations from your dentist and honest reviews. The surgeons and professional staff here are outstanding. Kind, caring, highly skilled and I recommend them without reservation.

The people working here were welcoming, helpful and professional. Dr. Kunkle reviewed my situation, discussed options with me, and pleasantly surprised me by being able to extract the tooth during the same visit. The procedure went smoothly, with the doctor explaining the process and checking in with my comfort along the way. The people supporting his work from the front desk to the in-room assistants are helpful and friendly. My visit was on a Friday, and Dr. K. made himself available for follow up over the weekend in case any issues arose. He checked in later in the day via text to remind me to check in if there were problems. There were no problems. I found this practice through a recommendation from a colleague, who had good experiences in their Chevy Chase office. The DC office was great and I highly recommend to anyone searching for competent care and kindness to check them out.
