I had issues with my teeth and he was able to explain to me and guide me through the options available to resolve them. I needed two crowns installed and I’m very happy with the end result. They also were able to see me a day early after I had accidentally been wrong about the date. If you are LGBTQ+ in DC, you should go to this practice! Dr. Rob McKernan is an impressive professional who has outlined a care plan, addressed my immediate needs and earned my trust throughout the process. His diligence, precision and support are unmatched. As well, the office manager has been extraordinarily helpful in assisting with my dental insurance billing and scheduling needs. Tyler’s welcoming personality and efficient manner are second to none. I spoke directly with staff regarding my concerns and felt heard about my dental fears, questions regarding my insurance, and overall found the office to be communicative, transparent and knowledgeable. I did not feel like just a number, but rather felt truly cared for. Dr.Rob & Bri were non-judgemental, and worked diligently to relieve my pain and give me a service that I have not found at any other practice. I left feeling confident that I found a place I can stick to with assurance of high quality care. liliana luna5 StarAfter having such a hard time finding my DC dentist, I’m so glad to say Dr. Rob is MY DENTIST!
Here’s my experience: I made my appointment online but accidentally got the dates mixed up. The day I thought I had my appointment, I reached out via text (yesss!!!) to confirm. Tyler replied and kindly let me know my appointment wasn’t until two weeks later, but he immediately asked if I was in pain or needed something urgent. Wow. They really cared if I was having an emergency.
I told him it was just a routine cleaning and I’d come on my scheduled date. When that day came, everything went super smooth; I got my membership set up, and had the best cleaning ever.
Dr. Rob and his staff are amazing. They’re very thorough and thoughtful with their care. It was really important for me to find a dentist I could trust with my smile, especially after getting some esthetic work done.
