This is my first time being treated here and my experience was good. I had an emergency dental appointment over the weekend and once Monday arrived, I was referred to Arlington Alexandria Endodontics, PLLC. The process was very smooth to make an appointment once my insurance was confirmed. Once I arrived to the facility everyone was nice and welcoming from the front desk staff to the person who prepped me for the dentist. I am very pleased with the service and response time I received. I was in a lot of pain and I felt like I was treated with care from start to end.

I needed a root canal. They took me right away. Dr Lee was great. Super patience with me and explained every step while performing the procedure. Her assistant was also great, professional and caring. She gave me a blanket that I had in the procedure. Overall an excellent experience in this dental office.

Dr. Meza did outstanding work on correcting a root canal that was poorly done at a different practice 10 years ago. Dr. Meza is professional and very experienced. The procedure was painless and is healing well. His staff is also fantastic!

This place is terrible. I do not suggest going. I went to the office for a consultation on a tooth extraction for my two lower molars. They first took bite wing X-rays on my teeth. The bite wing was uncomfortable and at times painful. The nurse assistants (Vicky and Sarah) tried to bully me into having a $200 cat scan on my mouth. I politely said “no thank you”. Dr. Lee came in and evaluated the X-rays. She refused to give me consultation on my teeth until she looked at the cat scan. I then reluctantly agreed to have the scans because I was attempting to save my teeth with a root canal. I went to the back to receive the scans. AFTER the scans were conducted Sarah informed me that the scans were not $200 but instead $400. Afterwards, Dr. Lee informed me that both teeth would have to be extracted. It should be noted that I had a quote for my tooth extraction which totaled to $250. Thus, I paid the office more to tell me to have the procedure then the cost of the procedure itself. My total cost was $430 for the visit. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. I do not recommend this place. I have had many dentist visits and never experienced a place with this poor communication and customer service. 1 star.
